Short-Term Apartment Rental in Bakirkoy: Step by Step

Renting a daily apartment in Bakırköy comes down to telling us your dates and how many people are coming, by phone or WhatsApp, then settling the price and conditions in a written confirmation. You can book from a single night upwards — a one-night stay and a full week follow exactly the same steps.

1. Nail down your dates and guest count

The first question is always “which nights, and how many people?”. Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00, so count your nights with those hours in mind. If you arrive on a Friday afternoon and leave on Sunday morning, for instance, that is two nights.

If your flight or bus lands early in the morning, or your return leaves late at night, note that too. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and need to be asked for in advance.

2. Choose the apartment type that fits

3. Call or send a WhatsApp message

A booking starts with one phone call or one WhatsApp message; there is no form to fill in and no account to create. The line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your first message includes the following, you get the answer in one go:

• Check-in and check-out dates
• Number of adults and children
• The apartment type you have in mind (if you are not sure, just say “suggest one”)
• Your estimated arrival time

An example: “Hello, I would like to ask about a one-bedroom apartment (1+1) for two nights, 12–14 October, two adults and one child. We should arrive around 21:00.”

4. Ask about price and availability

We give you the current price straight away on the phone or on WhatsApp. When you ask, request the total for all the nights you have chosen — it makes comparing easier. If you are torn between two apartment types, ask for both prices together and decide based on the total and the space you need. For trade fairs, public holidays and the summer season, we recommend asking early.

5. Get written confirmation

Once you agree, the booking is confirmed by written message. Check that it contains:

1. Check-in and check-out dates
2. Apartment type and number of guests
3. Total amount and payment method
4. Cancellation and change conditions

The written confirmation is the reference point for both of us. If something is missing, or written differently from what you were told, raise it right away.

6. Decide how to pay

Payment is in cash, by bank transfer/EFT, or by credit card on site; you never need to share your card details online. Seeing your chosen method in the confirmation message speeds up check-in.

7. Plan your arrival

The apartments are at Zeytinlik Mahallesi, Fazılpaşa Sokak No:4. It is about an 8-minute walk from Marmaray Bakırköy station and about 18 minutes on foot from İncirli Metrobus and M1A metro stops. The building has a lift, so getting your suitcases upstairs is easy, and there are security cameras, which is reassuring if you arrive late in the evening. Full directions are on the location page. 8. Have your ID ready at check-in

Every guest's ID details are registered for a stay in Türkiye, so each guest needs a passport at check-in; Turkish citizens can show their T.C. national ID card instead. Keeping IDs somewhere you can reach easily, rather than at the bottom of a suitcase, makes check-in faster.

Small tips that speed things up

• Say the nights: when you say “three days”, also say how many nights that means; the price is quoted per night.
• Count the children: include children in the guest count; the right apartment type follows from it.
• Share your arrival time: if you arrive late at night or early in the morning, tell us in advance and we will plan check-in around your timing.
• Read the confirmation: compare the dates in the written confirmation with your own tickets.

What to watch for on a one-night stay

On a single night the hours matter more than anything. You check in after 14:00 and leave by 11:00 the next day. If you arrive late and leave early, the studio apartment (1+0) is usually enough for 1–2 people. If you want to stay one more night, ask as early as you can; that way your chances of keeping the same apartment are better.
