Yes. In Turkey, every guest's identity details are reported for accommodation, so every guest must show a passport at check-in; Turkish citizens may also show their T.C. identity card.

Payment is in Turkish lira. You can pay in cash, by bank transfer/EFT or by credit card on site; you do not need to share your card details online. Cancellation and change conditions are sent to you in writing when you book.

Yes. The building has a lift and CCTV; it is easy to reach your floor with suitcases or a pram, and you can feel at ease when arriving late in the evening. Every apartment has a kitchen, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
